General

  1. We take either money order or credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only). Our site is totally secure - we never store your credit card information except for authorization and billing and our payment gateway is one of the safest in the world.
  2. We do not accept checks
  3. All prices are US$
  4. All APO, FPO and PO Box addresses may be shipped using an alternative shipping method. Please Note: This includes only small orders, under 100 grams.
  5. We do not accept Cash On Delivery’s (CODs) any longer
  6. All of our packages are sent in unmarked brown boxes, by either Xpress Post or USPS
  7. You will receive a UPS tracking number when your order is sent out. You can check on your order at 1-800-PICK-UPS or by following this link
  8. Delivery takes between 5-7 business days in North America and 7-14 days internationally.
  9. All international orders are subject to approval.

Shipping Guarantee

We guarantee you will receive your order. If you do not receive your order, we will send it again. The guaranteed shipping offer is only valid to addresses in North America and if sending to the billing address of the cardholder purchasing the product.
